Olga Berrios is jointly responsible for the social network Cibercorresponsales (www.cibercorrespon sales.org), an initiative of the Plataforma de Infancia (www.plataformadeinfancia.org) to promote and make visible children’s participation. In it, more than 1,300 boys and girls under age 18 express ideas and interests in blogs. They publish anything from chapters of their novels to movie soundtracks they like. It is a motivating safe space, transforming and creative, which changes stereotypes about teenagers. Through the educational track, the programme also identifies and resolves cases where mediation is required.
